These are interior design, fit-out and design and build projects by Xena Design & Build across Dubai. The portfolio covers private villas, a large apartment, an office and a salon. Some projects were delivered by the studio from the first layout to the finished space; others were design, space planning or 3D visualisation only, and each project page says which.
The villas are on Palm Jumeirah (MK Villa on Frond L and the Palm Jumeirah Villa), in Emirates Hills (Emirates Hills Villa) and in Jumeirah 1 (Jumeirah Villa 23). The Imperial Avenue Apartment is in Downtown Dubai, the Luxury Salon is in Dubai Marina, and the MK Pay office fit-out is at Baniyas Square in Al Rigga.
