What We Do
Xena Design & Build designs interiors and, when the client wants it, builds them too. Design only means drawings, 3D visualisation and specifications that any contractor can price and build from. Design and build means one team carries the same drawings through approvals, procurement and site work to handover, so nothing is lost between the designer and the builder.

How We Work
Every project runs through the same four stages, whether it is one room or a whole villa. Our design process guide explains what you receive at each one.
- Programming, Planning & Predesign. We assess your space, brief and budget, and turn them into a clear plan of action.
- Construction Documents. We prepare the drawings and specifications for villa and apartment renovations, office fit-outs and new interiors.
- Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment. We develop a furniture plan around how you use the space, then select the furniture, fixtures and equipment.
- Project Coordination. We coordinate the trades, deliveries and site quality through to handover, including the furnishings.
