Our Interior Design & Fit-Out Team in Dubai
The people behind every Xena project, working together from our studio in Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
Who We Are
Xena Design & Build is a Dubai studio for interior design, fit-out and design and build, based at Concorde Tower in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The team below keeps each project moving, from the creative direction of the design to the finance, administration and communication that sit behind it.
The studio is led by Anita Surani, Founder and Creative Director, who sets the design direction for the villas, apartments, offices and salons the studio takes on across Dubai and the wider UAE.

The Team at Work
A working day at our studio in Concorde Tower, JLT: mood boards, material reviews and the drawings behind every project.
How the Studio Is Organised
Anita Surani leads the studio as Founder and Creative Director. Youssera is HR Manager and looks after the people side of the studio, while Khushboo, Head of Finance, manages its finances. Binada Samarasinghe is the studio's Graphics Designer, and Kavindu, Web Developer and Digital Marketing Executive, looks after the website and digital marketing. Rabia is Personal Assistant and supports the running of the studio.
Working With the Team
Most projects begin with an enquiry by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact page. The studio replies within one working day with an indicative estimate and a proposed timeline, and the brief then moves through the stages your project needs: interior design and space planning, 3D visualisation and mood boards, authority approvals, project management and the fit-out itself. Some clients ask for design only; others want the studio to take the project from the first layout to the finished space. Projects start from AED 150,000.
To learn more about the studio and how it works, read about Xena Design & Build, or see finished work on the projects page.
