What Drives the Cost of an Interior Project
We do not publish a price per square foot, because it would mislead more often than it helps. These are the things that move a budget most, and the reason we ask the questions above.
How much of the layout changes
Refreshing finishes in an existing layout costs far less than moving walls, kitchens and bathrooms, which brings in new air conditioning, electrical and plumbing work.
The condition of the space
An older property can hide work that only shows once it is opened up, which is why the age and condition of the space matter to the estimate.
Finishes and joinery
Stone, timber, bespoke wardrobes and kitchens, and feature lighting are where a specification rises or falls. 3D visualisation and mood boards let you see the choices before you commit.
Approvals

Two projects of the same size can differ widely in cost, depending on how much of the layout changes, the condition of the space, the finishes and joinery, and what the approvals route involves. A number produced by a calculator would not be reliable, so the studio reviews your answers and replies with an indicative estimate for your project.
How quickly will I hear back?
The studio replies within one working day with an indicative estimate and a proposed timeline, or with a few questions if we need more detail first.
What is your minimum project size?
Our projects start from AED 150,000, and the indicative starting budget for each type of project is listed on this page. If your budget is below that, send the details anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
What happens after the estimate?
If the estimate suits you, we arrange a consultation to go through the brief in detail and explain the next steps and fees, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before any work starts.
