The Project

Palm Jumeirah Villa, Palm Jumeirah: shaded terrace with taupe outdoor sofas, slatted wood tables and a pool beyond.

This villa in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai was designed as a comfortable and elegant family home. The client was very particular about minimalism and comfort, wanting every space to have a purpose and every detail to be practical. The home feels open and inviting, with layouts that are easy to live in and spaces that work perfectly for family life.

Our Approach

Palm Jumeirah Villa, Palm Jumeirah: courtyard lounge with a large sculpted tree under a skylight and low sofas.

The Palm Jumeirah villa was designed using a palette of soft, calming colours to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. Every interior element was fully customised, reflecting refined luxury in a subtle and timeless way. Thoughtful arrangements ensured the spaces feel sophisticated yet comfortable for family living. The overall design focuses on simplicity, functionality, and elegance without unnecessary complexity.

The Details

Palm Jumeirah Villa, Palm Jumeirah: double-height living room with pale sofas, a white leaf chandelier and dark wall.

The design reflects what the clients wished, not too old-fashioned, not overly modern, a mix that suits current tastes and feels appealing to everyone. The designs were inspired by different ideas from the client, while our architects added a few thoughtful touches to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Soft colours, simple lines, and customised details were used throughout, with careful planning for storage and organisation. The result is a home that is comfortable, practical, and timeless, where subtle luxury meets everyday living.
